Movement 260° (W) at 5 knots
Maximum sustained winds 35 knots gusting to 45 knots
Winds of 34 knots or higher occur within 0 to 50 miles of the centre
Threatened landmasses NONE
Maximum significant wave height 14 feet

11S has formed and will move west, later southwest, whilst initially intensifying slowly. After a day or so, the storm will strengthen more rapidly, and veer south. 11S is expected to peak at 85 knots after five days.
