Donna is moving southeast whilst weakening. The storm is now approaching New Caledonia from the north, passing east of the territory whilst weakening. Donna will become extra-tropical after a day or so.

Cyclonic alert level 2 is in force for the communities of Houaïlou, Kouaoua, Canala, Thio, Yaté, Ouvéa, Lifou and Maré, with alert level 1 in force on communities of Boulouparis, Païta, Dumbéa, Nouméa, du Mont-Dore, and the Île des Pins. Alerts elsewhere are CANCELLED.
