02E will move slowly northeast. The system may become a tropical storm before landfall. The depression will then dissipate inland. 

Mexican warnings
A tropical storm WARNING is in force from Puerto Escondido to Salina Cruz
Rainfall totals of 8 to 12, locally up to 20, inches can be expected over the state of Oaxaca
The southern part of the state of Vera Cruz could see 1 to 3 inches. These rains are likely to cause life-threatening flash floods and mudslides.
