Fernanda will continue to move northwest, later west and is expected to gradually weaken over the next few days.

As this system is expected to pass west of 140W as a tropical cyclone, the Central Pacific Hurricane Center will take over the issuance of warnings at that point.

Don has formed and will move quickly west. The storm will strengthen to 40 knots for two days, before dissipating under adverse conditions.

A tropical storm watch is in force for Barbados, St Lucia and Bonaire
Rainfall totals of 3 to 6 inches are expected across Barbados and the southern Windward Islands. Life-threatening flash floods and mudslides are possible in mountainous areas there.
