Fernanda will continue to move northwest, later west and is expected to gradually weaken over the next few days.

As this system is expected to pass west of 140W as a tropical cyclone, the Central Pacific Hurricane Center will take over the issuance of warnings at that point.

Don is moving quickly west and appears to be weakening - it could in fact cease to be a tropical cyclone later today.

Rainfall totals of 3 to 6 inches are expected across Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and the southern Windward Islands. Life-threatening flash floods and mudslides are possible in mountainous areas there.
